3. Intended Use

4. Payment Terms

We accept manual payments via third-party platforms such as Venmo or PayPal. After checkout, you will receive instructions for sending payment. Orders are not processed until full payment is received and confirmed.

Important: Payment must include the order number and no other identifying information. Failure to follow payment instructions may result in order delay or cancellation.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. Cancellations may be requested before payment is made or before the order has been processed.

If you believe your order was received in error or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from purchasing. We document all orders, tracking, and payment records to fight fraudulent claims.

Products should be stored according to the guidelines listed on each product page. We are not responsible for degradation or loss of potency due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
